Frequently Asked Questions
Can we decorate the vessel before our cruise?
When making your booking, please add any decoration details and we will do our best to make this happen. When this is possible, you will meet the skipper earlier than usual, and decorate the boat before your guests arrive. Extra time to decorate the vessel is charged at $400 per hour. Sometimes, when we have cruises immediately before yours, we can’t offer you any extra time beforehand. But if we can make this happen we will – a themed party afloat is one of life’s most enjoyable ways to celebrate!
Can I play my own music?
Absolutely. We have a ridiculously simple, great quality sound system onboard for you to just plug your device into, and away you go. (Or if you want, we can recommend an amazing DJ. It really comes back to what you are after for your event.)
Can we BYO food and drinks?
Absolutely. Or we can organise full or partial catering for you. Its a Water Police requirement that a substantial meal is served on every cruise, which is a good idea especially if alcohol consumption is involved.
Is there a BBQ onboard?
We have a back deck BBQ waiting for you to cook up a storm – just hire this when you book to cover the gas and the cleaning charge after your cruise. (Our crew will help cook when they have time but please plan on having your own chefs taking on the cooking for your cruise when using our back deck BBQ.)
Can you organise entertainers for us?
Just talk to our bookings team and they can recommend companies that we have worked with in the past.
Extra guests possible?
What if extra people turn up on the day? Legally we can take 36 guests ONLY to Rottnest or on the open ocean. Or 40 guests on the Swan River. We literally CANNOT take more than this number of guests on a cruise – our skipper is legally not allowed to cast off from a Jetty if more than this number of guests are onboard.
How do I pay?
We require a $250 non-refundable deposit to reserve your preferred date, then pay the balance in full two weeks before your tour.
